Electrical Installer with support tasks and further training

Activity

• Ensure technical support via telephone, online, and in writing
• Repair induction devices and appliances in the workshop
• Undertake on-site assignments for demanding malfunctions
• Conduct training for service technicians and dealers
• Develop electrotechnical solutions for complex cases

Requirements

• Apprenticeship as an Electrical Installer EFZ, Automotive Mechatronics Technician, or Automation Technician
• English skills at least at level A2
• Readiness for initial assignments in the field service
• Interest in didactics, methodology, and knowledge transfer
• Confident handling of MS-Office, especially PowerPoint and Word
