Operations Technician [M/F/X]

Responsibilities

• Guarantee the operational availability and proper functioning of production means and tooling.
• Provide technical support to employees in the production workshops and contribute to their training.
• Participate in the qualification of new products, support the reception of new production means and the resolution of quality discrepancies.
• Lead working groups aimed at improving service performance and communicate with the work environment.
• Propose and actively lead continuous improvement projects, products and processes.
• Participate in the analysis and resolution of quality discrepancies in close collaboration with the stakeholders involved.

Profile

• ES Technician diploma or HES Engineer in mechanics or microtechnics
• Knowledge of IT tools for monitoring workshop performance indicators (ERP, production management IT tools)
• Taste for field work and continuous improvement project management
• Rigor, ability to propose solutions and organizational skills
• Ability to animate, listen, analyze, synthesize, adapt and work in a team
