In Fehraltorf, it offers school, living, and therapy for children and adolescents from 4 to 20 years. With immediate effect or by arrangement, we are looking for the following to strengthen our Executive Board: Site Manager Fehraltorf and Member of the Executive Board Stiftung ILGENHALDE Your tasks: You bear the responsibility for the strategic, organizational, and economic management of the Ilgenhalde site in Fehraltorf. In doing so, you will be directly supported by the division managers (Living / School / Therapy). Direct management of the kitchen, housekeeping, and technical services. Facility Management of all 3 sites. You shape the further development of the site in accordance with the strategy, values, and goals of the foundation. Together with the CEO, the Executive Board, and the entire management team, you create optimal framework conditions for the holistic promotion and support of the clients. You are responsible for the implementation of the strategic and annual goals and initiate as well as manage corresponding development and change processes at the site. You represent the site towards internal and external stakeholders and maintain a sustainable network. What is expected: Completed university degree or a comparable higher education in business administration, hotel management, health or social management, or a related field. Several years of leadership experience at executive, division management, or comparable management level, ideally in a complex, service-oriented environment. Sound business and management competence as well as experience in managing budgets and resources. Experience or sound knowledge in facility management and project management, as well as ideally experience in managing development and change processes. Strong leadership, organizational, and planning competence as well as entrepreneurial, strategic, and networked thinking. Convincing personality with high social competence, empathy, and assertiveness, as well as an appreciative, binding communication and leadership culture. Enjoyment of strategic co-design and further development of the organization and of initiating and implementing change processes. High affinity for economic, infrastructural, and service-oriented issues as well as the ability to bring together different professional perspectives.
