Your tasks

• Manufacture, maintenance, repair, and optimization of demanding injection molding tools
• Independent analysis and rectification of tool problems
• Milling, grinding, turning, as well as, if necessary, EDM work
• Support and assistance in the design as well as implementation of CAD/CAM solutions
• Programming and operation of CNC machines
• Technical support and coordination within the toolmaking department
• Ensuring quality requirements as well as documentation of the work performed
• Active participation in process improvements and technical developments

Your profile

• Completed training as a toolmaker, polymechanic, or comparable technical training in the plastics sector
• Professional experience in tool and mold making
• Sound knowledge in the areas of milling, grinding, turning, and ideally EDM
• Experience in the field of injection molding tools is an advantage
• Good CAD/CAM knowledge
• Experience with Mastercam and/or VISI is an advantage
• Independent, precise, and solution-oriented way of working
• High quality and safety awareness
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Teamwork skills, sense of responsibility, and leadership competence
