Your tasks

You lead a small team prudently and goal-oriented with clear and level-appropriate communication as well as social competence. You manage projects in residential, commercial, and industrial construction with high adherence to deadlines and a pronounced cost/benefit awareness. With your knowledge of other building services trades, you find optimal technical solutions. You participate in construction and coordination meetings, procure the necessary materials, and monitor extra and reduced costs. In cooperation with your project manager, you prepare the interim and final invoices.

What you bring with you

• You have a successfully completed vocational apprenticeship as Heating Installer EFZ
• ideally, you have the further training as a construction supervising technician or are ready to undertake this
• You have a pronounced service and customer awareness, are an organizational talent, and have a friendly and well-groomed appearance
• You work independently and are a responsible as well as flexible personality.
• very good written as well as oral German skills.
• Driver's license Cat. B
