International Commercial Assistant FR/ENG (M/F) - FIXED POSITION

Your mission For one of our clients, a Swiss company with international influence, we are looking for a Commercial Assistant to strengthen a dynamic and committed team. You will occupy a central function within the organization by ensuring the coordination of commercial activities, customer follow-up, and operational support for various departments. This position offers a beautiful diversity of tasks as well as numerous interactions in a multicultural context. Your responsibilities: - Ensure administrative and commercial follow-up of a customer portfolio. - Coordinate activities between different internal services to guarantee a high level of customer satisfaction. - Participate in contract management, commercial conditions, and customer data. - Collect, consolidate, and monitor forecasts as well as information necessary for activity. - Ensure order processing and follow-up in collaboration with the concerned teams. - Manage customer requests and ensure follow-up of files until their resolution. - Participate in the coordination of transversal projects. - Prepare different reports, dashboards, and analyses. - Provide administrative and organizational support to management. Your profile - Successful experience in an internal commercial function, customer service, sales administration, or commercial coordination. - Excellent customer orientation and sense of service. - Very good organizational skills and ability to manage several priorities simultaneously. - Relational ease and excellent communication with varied interlocutors. - Excellent level of French and English C1/C2. - You ideally reside less than 30 minutes from Montreux by car.
