Maintenance and concierge employee at 60% - CDD

Your main missions:

• Careful maintenance and regular cleaning at the homes of private clients.
• Cleaning of chalets and holiday apartments during tenant changes.
• Cleaning and maintaining the cleanliness of common areas within various PPE (stairwells, glazing, garages).
• Use and maintenance of the professional machine park (backpack vacuums, surface cleaners, etc.).
• Small housekeeping tasks and fluid communication with the team regarding potential maintenance needs.

Your profile:

• You have successful experience in private or professional cleaning, concierge services, or hospitality.
• You are an autonomous, trustworthy person, demonstrating great discretion (particularly for interventions at private individuals' homes).
• You have a great sense of detail and of work well done.
• You are flexible and able to adapt to variations in activity related to tourist seasons.
• Driver's license (Cat. B) indispensable to move between the different objects in the region with the company's utility vehicle.
• Mastery of French (understanding and expression) to exchange easily with clients and the team.
