Real estate manager on the owner side, focus on commercial properties
We manage our own properties, mostly in the commercial sector, throughout Switzerland. This ranges from planning and development to the management of these properties. In this regard, the personal care of our customers and the sustainable management of our portfolio are close to our hearts.
Your tasks:
Managing a portfolio of rental properties (without STWEG)
Carrying out viewings
Property acceptances and handovers
Creation of lease agreements and addenda
Carrying out lease amendments and rent adjustments
Controlling and organizing technical Facility Management
Accompanying maintenance and renovation work including smaller construction projects
Heating and service charge accounting
Telephone, written, and personal contact maintenance with partners, customers, tenants, authorities, and tradespeople
Creation of timely heating and service charge accounting
Debt collection and reminders
Independent execution of administrative work
Your profile:
Completed technical or commercial basic training
Advantageous with a federal diploma in real estate management or similar training/further education or willingness to acquire these
Experience in management is mandatory, experience with commercial objects is desirable
Resilient, dynamic, responsible, independent, and a team player
German and/or Austrian native language; you can express yourself fluently in both languages orally and in writing, further language skills are advantageous
Proficient in handling MS-Office
Competent, customer-oriented, and partnership-based
High social competence and a flair for planning and organization
