Do you like everything to run smoothly? Then this position is made for you! You transform buildings and living spaces into places that are not only functional, but also pleasant and inspiring. As a concierge, you play a key role: you maintain everything in good condition, you ensure that the environment is well-maintained and you are the first point of contact for our clients on site. ### Your tasks: * Prepare and execute assigned tasks according to tickets * Interior cleaning according to common needs * Perform small troubleshooting and maintenance/repair work * Responsible for the overall quality of the properties * Removal of containers, loading of cards and monthly cash management, laundry planning, control of indoor and outdoor light sources as well as the cleaning of them. * Cleaning of accessible windows and hopper windows. * Control of technical installations. * Cleaning of exteriors, technical rooms, container rooms. * Accompanying third parties (Companies mandated by the management) * Replacement of your partner during their absences * Snow removal * On-call service ### Your profile: * CFC facility management agent or equivalent training * Several years of confirmed experience in a similar position in the service sector * Mastery of spoken and written French * Good knowledge of IT tools (MS Office) * Driver's license * Sense of responsibility * Helpful with a strong customer orientation * Autonomous and developed team spirit ### Ready for us?
