Adapted Physical Activity (APA) Therapist

Responsibilities ·      Assess the physical capacities of patients and develop adapted physical activity programs according to their needs. ·      Ensure the supervision and facilitation of individual or group sessions. ·      Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary team (physiotherapists, doctors, occupational therapists, etc.) to optimize patient care. ·      Monitor the progress of patients and adjust interventions accordingly. ·      Participate in the promotion of physical activity as a therapeutic tool. Qualifications ·      Diploma in Adapted Physical Activity (APA). ·      Experience in a medical or rehabilitation environment desired. ·      Excellent interpersonal skills, listening ability, and pedagogical sense. ·      Ability to adapt interventions according to the needs and pathologies of patients. ·      Dynamism, autonomy, and sense of initiative.
