For our client, an established institution in the long-term care sector in the Zürich region, we are looking for an engaged and reliable personality as a FaGe, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Requirement profile ##

• You have completed training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ.
• Ideally, you already have professional experience in long-term care.
• Knowledge in care needs assessment, for example RAI, is an advantage. Alternatively, you are willing to undergo further training in this area.
• You work independently, responsibly, and in a structured manner.
• You approach elderly people with appreciation, patience, and empathy.
• You are an open and team-oriented personality and maintain an overview even in demanding situations.
• You have good German language skills in speaking and writing.

Tasks ##

• You undertake the professional and individual care and support of the residents.
• As a reference person, you accompany the residents assigned to you and ensure continuous care.
• You participate actively in the care process as well as in the assessment of individual care needs.
• You carry out the electronic nursing documentation carefully and completely.
• You plan and accompany doctor visits and ensure the flow of information within the interdisciplinary team.
• Depending on experience, you take on daily responsibility and coordinate the tasks arising within the team.
• You actively contribute your specialist knowledge and support the assurance and further development of a high quality of care.
