Work location: Schaffhausen Workload: 80-100% Tasks: At one of the largest and longest-standing IT service providers in Switzerland with its own Swiss high-performance cloud, you ensure the IT operations of customers. You analyze and resolve malfunctions and error states, take over release and update management, and support customers with projects, support, and maintenance assignments on-site or via remote maintenance. In doing so, you instruct and advise customers and work closely with engineering and project managers. Profile: You have training as an Informatiker/in EFZ or an equivalent further education and bring experience in support. You have good knowledge of Windows Server and Windows Client operating systems, know-how in Microsoft Active Directory and group policies, as well as experience with Microsoft 365 services. You enjoy daily exchange with customers and employees and have very good German skills.
