Construction Manager Building Construction / Building Construction Technician / Project Manager 80 – 100 %

Tasks:
•
Project monitoring: Controlling the entire construction progress on site as well as comparison with the execution plans, responsibility for professional, economical and compliant project execution across the various project phases
•
Schedule and cost control: Creation and continuous monitoring of construction programs, schedules and the budget
•
Local construction management and coordination: Central interface and consultation between the client, architects, authorities, specialist planners and craftsmen and management of the companies involved in construction as well as implementation of requirements
•
Tendering & awarding: Creation of specifications (bills of quantities), requesting and comparing offers as well as preparing works contracts
•
Administration: Conducting construction meetings including minutes, checking contractor invoices, supplementary contract management and construction acceptance
Requirement profile:
•
Completed training as dipl. Bauleiter:in Hochbau, Hochbautechniker:in HF or equivalent training
•
Several years of practical professional experience is an advantage
•
Knowledge of relevant construction standards, in project management as well as in construction and contract law
•
Confident use of construction administration software and MS Office
•
Independent and structured way of working
