On behalf of the Amt für Arbeitslosenversicherung (AVA), we already support job seekers in Interlaken and Thun individually, practically, and appreciatively on their way back into the primary labor market. For our new team in Bern, we are looking for an engaged personality as Assistant: BINplus | 60-100 % Assistant: BINplus | 60-100 % Your field of activity In this versatile role, you will accompany and support our participants during their integration process. You will work closely with our specialists and, with your open and solution-oriented manner, contribute to a motivating learning and working environment. Your tasks include, in particular: Individual support of participants in the application process Assistance in the creation of participants' application documents Supporting participants in the development of their ICT competencies Challenging and promoting the independence and personal responsibility of the participants Conducting the check-in in a group setting Close cooperation with the specialists General organizational and administrative activities Participation in exchange meetings Accompanying participants in the workspace and during fide self-study time What you bring with you For this task, we are looking for an open and engaged personality who enjoys supporting people with different requirements on their professional path. You possess: Recognized degree at least at secondary level II Two years of proven professional experience Knowledge in the application of information and communication technologies Knowledge of the Swiss labor market and education system Ability to interact appropriately with people from different social and cultural backgrounds Communicative and team-oriented personality Positive and competent aura, appreciative and open attitude Willingness for self-directed and co-responsible action What you can look forward to At actifutura, more than a versatile task awaits you.
