Your new tasks You are a sales talent and take the initiative with competent and service-oriented customer advice You are a competent and solution-oriented contact person for the concerns and wishes of our customers You inspire our customers with an appealing product presentation You conduct goal-oriented sales conversations If necessary, you help with arranging, decorating and labeling the products You support the adjacent areas in sales and at the cash desk What you bring with you Experience in sales, preferably in the furnishing or lifestyle industry Enjoyment of regular customer contact and professional and comprehensive advice Flair for interior design, styling and trends Communicative, convincing and friendly personality Responsible and independent way of working Completed vocational training in the retail sector Experience in industries with a strong customer orientation What we offer you 20% on the entire assortment & discounts within the XXXLutz group Combinable with other promotions 5 weeks holiday An additional week can be purchased We support your further education Financially or through flexible working hours Flexible working time models Working 100% in 4.5 days?
