YOUR TASKS

• Instrumenting and assisting during procedures in the following areas:
• Orthopedics incl. robot-assisted procedures and traumatology
• Spinal, hand, and plastic surgery
• Urology & gynecology incl. Da-Vinci robotics
• Visceral surgery
• Ensuring a smooth, high-quality, and complication-free OR process
• Proactive, reliable, and dedicated cooperation in all procedures
• Cooperation in daily operations as well as -- depending on workload and function -- in late and on-call duty
• Active co-design and further development of processes, quality standards, and interdisciplinary cooperation in the OR team

Additional tasks vocational training

• Support and promotion of the students of OP-Technik HF in everyday practice
• Planning and coordination of practical training
• Conducting learning and assessment discussions
• Close cooperation with the cross-site vocational training team, the schools, and the OR management
• Further development of training quality and active co-design of the educational processes in the OR

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed training as Dipl. Fachfrau / Fachmann Operationstechnik HF
• Completed or planned further training as a vocational trainer
• Several years of professional experience in the OR is an advantage
• High sense of quality and responsibility
• Resilience, ability to work in a team, and flexibility
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• Enjoyment of the profession and strong professional commitment
• Interest in passing on knowledge and enjoyment in working with learners
