• 17 June 2026 • 60% • Indeterminate duration • Dumas 24, 1201 Geneva The Early Childhood Service (SDPE) is responsible for implementing the City of Geneva's early childhood policy by managing municipalized reception structures and supporting subsidized reception structures. To complete our teams at the Monique Bauer-Laggier early childhood structure, an extended service reception structure, we are looking for a Childhood Educator at 60%# Your mission and responsibilities - Organize the reception and accompaniment of children (0 to 4 years) while ensuring a quality service and compliance with current standards. - Contribute to and ensure the implementation of the reception structure's and institutional pedagogical project. - Develop and implement educational actions in line with the pedagogical project. - Accompany and supervise the activity of trainees, learners, ASE, and aides. - Create a group dynamic favorable to the awakening, development, and socialization of children (0 to 4 years). - Ensure the formalization and transmission of information to families. - Collaborate in the preparation and animation of information and exchange meetings with the representatives of the children. Your profile - Hold a diploma from the Geneva or Lausanne School of Early Childhood Educators (ESEDE) or any equivalent and recognized diploma by SEFRI. - Demonstrate initiative, adaptability, enthusiasm, openness, and kindness. - Show listening skills, good stress management, and ease of communication. - Justify at least 2 years of successful experience with early childhood.
