The Fondation Eichholz offers 47 accommodation and occupation places for people with mental deficiencies and/or addiction. In 30 individual rooms, 2 studios, 12 places in residential groups, 3 places in external residential groups and a workshop, we support users individually, competently and solution-oriented in the organization of their daily lives. Users also have the possibility to participate in an internal occupation in the kitchen, in household management or in maintenance. This internal occupation is organized within the framework of the day structure without remuneration and is also accessible to external persons.

Your tasks:

• Responsible key person work and establishing solid relationships
• Individual support in housing and community life
• Co-responsibility for activities and daily organization
• Management of electronic documentation of the residents
• Internal and external interdisciplinary collaboration
• Co-responsibility in medical and psychiatric matters
• Support also during difficult phases of life

What you bring:

• Completed training in the professional fields mentioned above
• Experience in accompanying people with mental deficiencies and/or addictions
• Calm, clarity and professional action even in crisis situations
• Autonomy and good self-management
• Respectful, thoughtful and clear attitude
• Motivation to reliably accompany people even in phases of resistance
• Joy of interdisciplinary collaboration
