Group Leader Plant Construction (100 %)

Your everyday life: versatile instead of routine

• 40 % collaboration in the workshop: welding, grinding, processing, and assembling conveyor systems. You remain a craftsman and set the quality level.
• 10 % assignments at the customer: service and assembly work directly on site.
• 30 % leading and planning: leading a team of 3 to 4 employees, planning assignments, production, and assembly, as well as promoting and supporting the team.
• 20 % quality and further development: ensuring quality and safety as well as optimizing workflows in the workshop.

Who is right for us

• Completed training as an Anlagenge- und Apparatebauer/in EFZ or equivalent training as well as many years of professional experience.
• Leadership experience as a foreman, group leader, or team leader.
• Decisiveness and the ability to find solutions independently.
• Clear, fair, and respectful leadership competence.
• Independent, reliable, and customer-oriented way of working, even during on-site assignments.
• Residence in the region, understanding of Swiss German, and short commuting distances.
• Interest in long-term employment in a solid company.
