Our three gynecological outpatient clinics - the Brustzentrum und Gynäkologische Krebszentrum, the Kinderwunsch- und Menopausenzentrum mit gynäkologischer Endokrinologie, and the general Gynäkologische Ambulatorium - offer a versatile and specialized medical environment.

With your careful, reliable, and independent way of working, you ensure that our teams can work optimally and that the required materials and instruments are ready at all times.*

What awaits you ##

• In the morning before the start of outpatient clinics, you prepare the examination and treatment rooms and ensure that all required materials and instruments are ready.
• You undertake the professional cleaning, disinfection, and processing of our medical instruments according to the applicable hygiene specifications and internal standards.
• You independently manage the consumables, monitor stock levels, and initiate orders.
• You ensure order and well-organized material management in our three outpatient clinics.
• You undertake further organizational and logistical tasks and thereby contribute significantly to smooth outpatient clinic operations.
• You work closely with our nursing teams and contribute your ideas to the optimization of workflows.

What you bring with you ##

• Ideally, you have training as a nursing assistant or bring experience in a comparable function in the healthcare sector.
• You have experience or interest in instrument processing, hygiene, and material management.
• You work independently, in a structured and reliable manner, and have a good eye for order and detail.
• You are responsible, flexible, and maintain an overview even in lively situations.
• You value teamwork, like to lend a hand, and recognize where your support is needed.
• You have good German language skills and are familiar with digital working tools.

• Regular working hours from Monday to Friday: Your 80 % workload is distributed over five working days with an early start of work before the start of the outpatient clinics - in return, you enjoy a correspondingly earlier end to the working day. Night and weekend services do not occur.
