At Hohen Kasten, the Swiss observation mountain, the alpine world extends at your feet. Our restaurant delights customers with a breathtaking panorama and regional specialties. To strengthen our kitchen team, we are looking for a committed and creative person as a Cook (m/f/d).

Your tasks :

• Professional preparation of hot and cold dishes.
• Mise en place and production in the hot and cold kitchen.
• Creative participation in the development of our seasonal menu.
• Responsibility for compliance with hygiene and quality standards (HACCP).
• Monitoring and compliance with defined standards.
• Efficient organization of your workstation, including mise en place.
• Smooth coordination and collaboration within the kitchen team.

What you bring :

• Solid training as a cook CFC or equivalent qualification.
• Passion for transforming fresh and regional products and a high awareness of quality.
• Autonomous work with great commitment brings you joy.
• Fluent command of German (Swiss German is an asset).
