draughtswoman architecture / structural engineering or civil engineering, 80-100% (f/m/d)

tasks

• you are responsible for technical project processing
• in doing so, you are responsible for the creation of building permit and submission documents and handle the building submission independently
• likewise, you take over the elaboration of execution, detail, and working plans
• additionally, you support the project and construction managers during execution and coordinate with specialist planners, authorities, and external partners
• you share responsibility for meeting deadlines as well as quality and maintain the project documentation
• furthermore, you take over tenders, carry out construction site inspections, and support building acceptances
• the workload can, depending on preference, be between 80 and 100%

requirements

• you have training as a structural draughtswoman, draughtswoman specializing in architecture or draughtswoman specializing in civil engineering (f/m/d)
• should you have completed architecture studies, this would be helpful, but is not required
• furthermore, ideally you have experience in the execution and detail planning of structural engineering projects
• knowledge of the Swiss building and permitting system as well as confident handling of CAD programs are also an important prerequisite
• do you describe yourself as structured, conscientious, and working independently and do you bring enthusiasm for technical project implementation?
