To strengthen our team, we are looking for: Service Advisor 80 - 100% ### Your tasks: • Personalized support and advice • Reception of vehicles as well as creation of service and repair orders • Planning and coordination of workshop appointments • Preparation of quotes as well as transparent communication of the work to be carried out • Continuous coordination between customers, the workshop, and sales • Management of warranty and goodwill cases as well as invoicing • Handover of vehicles and explanation of the work performed What awaits you with us: • Modern infrastructure and digital work processes • A family team that collaborates and supports each other • A lot of autonomy and varied tasks • Direct contact with customers with decision-making leeway • Quality and customer satisfaction are our absolute priorities What you bring: • Commercial or technical training in the automotive sector • Enjoyment of daily contact with people and a strong service mentality • Organizational talent as well as an autonomous and reliable way of working • Openness to digital tools • Confident German and good knowledge of English (other languages are an asset) • Valid category B driver's license • Enthusiasm for mobility and the desire to advise with empathy and competence Why Jensen: Because we believe that good service starts with people.
