Requirement profile:

• Professional experience in project procurement or technical procurement and proven success in negotiations with suppliers
• Successfully completed technical or commercial vocational training, ideally with corresponding further training in procurement
• Good knowledge in handling technical drawings and specifications
• Enjoyment of contact with suppliers as well as a structured and reliable way of working
• Very good German skills and good English skills in speaking and writing
• Good user knowledge in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Team player, communicative and committed personality

Tasks:

• Independent execution of project procurement for all components
• Requesting, comparing and negotiating offers
• Triggering orders and requesting order confirmations
• Proactive monitoring of delivery dates
• Coordination between suppliers, technology, project management and production, in order to receive deliveries on time and in the desired quality
• Processing of complaints and reclamations
• Support of strategic procurement with active feedback on suppliers
