Job mission: Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will autonomously manage, for a scope of approximately 370 employees, the following responsibilities: Management of a team of 3 people Point of contact for questions from employees and management Legal advice to management Dispute management Recruitment for the entire scope Monitoring of sickness and accident absences Relationship with social partners Referent for our time management tool Management of monitoring tables Back-up for HR and payroll administration in case of absence We are looking for people: Having a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position Having good knowledge of human resources and social insurance Having good management of priorities and stress Having good interpersonal skills, pedagogical and solution-oriented Having experience with an ERP (Microsoft D365 would be a plus) Comfortable with office IT tools Ready to take on the challenge?
