IT Workplace Support Specialist (m/f) # IT Workplace Support Specialist (m/f) To be filled immediately or as agreed | Full time: 100 % | Permanent contract | Rheinfelden | Local IT & digital workplace What you can accomplish: \- You are the first point of contact for collaborators in case of technical problems - whether it be hardware, software, network, or specialized IT systems. You diagnose and resolve technical problems in person, by telephone, or via remote access and guarantee seamless IT operation across all sites \- You coordinate and support small IT projects - from the conceptual phase to implementation. This includes, for example, the introduction of new systems, the optimization of existing IT infrastructures, or the standardization of work environments. You work in close collaboration with internal departments and external suppliers \- You are responsible for the implementation, configuration, and operation of specialized IT systems - notably live studio installations and meeting room infrastructure. You manage AV technology, streaming solutions, and conference technologies and ensure professional conduct during live broadcasts \- You maintain detailed records of support requests, project progress, IT assets, and system documentation. You ensure up-to-date knowledge transfer within the team and write clear instructions as well as technical documentation for recurring processes \- You offer an excellent service experience to internal customers. You ensure that requests are handled quickly and professionally, you create training materials and conduct training sessions for users - in German and English Your background: \- Completed training in the field of computer science, information technology, or equivalent qualification (e.g., CFC computer scientist, HES computer science) \- Proven experience of several years in on-site IT support as well as pleasure and willingness to discover new systems and solutions and to develop continuously \- In-depth experience in hardware and software installation, troubleshooting, system configuration, and AV/multimedia technology \- Very good knowledge in installation and configuration of Windows operating systems, networks, and IT infrastructure components; experience with live studio or AV installations is an advantage \- In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft 365 environment (incl. Teams, SharePoint, Intune) as well as basic knowledge of cloud services and modern workplace technologies \- Availability to work outside of regular hours (e.g., during live events, project missions, or maintenance windows) as well as for occasional travel to other sites (driving license cat.
