Administrative support for the mandate managers and specialist teams Independent processing of the daily business of our SME and/or large customers as well as contact with insurance companies and customers Expeditious and independent maintenance of the CRM Participation in the development of tailor-made insurance concepts Support of the mandate managers in the pre- and post-processing of customer appointments, presentations, and consulting projects Accompanying and supporting customers with insurance questions and claims cases What do you bring with you?
