Your tasks • In your function, you support the Head Physician in the consultations, participate in diagnostic and therapeutic measures, and carry out delegated tasks independently and autonomously. • You ensure comprehensive care and support for patients with high and efficient professional competence and are responsible for the entire administration and appointment planning. • Additionally, you maintain close and cooperative collaboration and objective communication in the nursing, medical, and interdisciplinary team. Your profile • For our Kinderwunsch-Sprechstunde, you bring at least 2 years of professional experience in contact with patients and in managing the consultation hours. • Re-entry women are welcome. • You have training as a medical practice assistant and good MS-Office skills. • Organizational skills and quick grasp are among your strengths. • Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written, is an advantage but not mandatory. • Additionally, you are resilient, loyal, and flexible. Your work style is reliable, efficient, and independent. • You are a team player and actively contribute to a pleasant and positive work atmosphere. • Appreciation for individual and cultural needs of patients is a matter of course for you.
