SRK nursing assistant staff for the CarePeople nursing pool crew

For our customers in the Bern and Solothurn area, we are looking for SRK nursing assistant staff (m/f/d) for assignments in our emergency pool. In this role, you will take on spontaneous day shifts / late shifts or night shift assignments that coincide with your availability. These are in various specialist areas, such as long-term care, acute care, and psychiatry, and thus actively contribute to the support of our customers

Requirement profile ##

• Completed training as a nursing assistant (SRK) or equivalent training
• Experience in nursing, ideally in the areas of long-term care, acute care, or psychiatry
• Flexibility and readiness for spontaneous day shifts
• Ability to work in a team, empathy, and a positive work attitude
• Independent way of working and reliability

Tasks ##

• Nursing assistance in the areas of long-term care, acute care, and psychiatry
• Support of the professional nursing staff in the implementation of nursing and care measures
• Documentation of the nursing activities carried out
• Ensuring a high quality of care and assistance in the implementation of nursing processes
• Support of patients in everyday life and in mobilization and personal hygiene
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with professional nursing staff, doctors, and other employees
