You will

• work closely with campaign managers, understand needs, and support targeted target group selection
• perform ad-hoc analyses, visualize data understandably, and derive recommendations for action from them
• develop the scoring model for Marketing Automation together with the team and other departments
• carry out measurement, construction, and further development of relevant KPIs for success control of marketing activities in the context of Marketing Automation
• accompany projects throughout the entire lifecycle from a data-based and customer-centric perspective
• proactively contribute your own ideas as well as work closely and cross-functionally with the Competence Center Data & Analytics, Marketing Communication, the sales units, and IT and contribute to the development of innovative and efficient solutions
• assist in the conception and implementation of marketing automation campaigns

You bring

• several years of experience in business and customer intelligence as well as in dealing with and possibly other data systems
• ideally initial experience in the topic "Customer / User behavior" and Predictive Analytics as well as knowledge of Finnova is an advantage
• understanding of marketing KPIs, customer journeys, and campaign logics
• initial experience in interdisciplinary, virtual teams as well as in data visualization and storytelling
• analytical thinking skills with a clear focus on business impact and a data-driven mindset
• strong communication and teamwork skills as well as an independent, structured, and goal-oriented way of working
