You combine product engineering and development, solve demanding customer and field issues, and lead development projects from the initial idea to series production readiness. Your place of work is Hirschthal / Aargau. Here, as a central technical interface, you connect product engineering, development, order management, production, testing laboratory, and sales. Product/Development Engineer (m/f/d) High-Voltage Voltage Dividers Your responsibility Technical quality of the products Technical decision-making for demanding customer requirements Progress & results of development projects. Your tasks As a product expert, you accompany our high-voltage voltage dividers throughout the entire life cycle and combine deep technical work with real creative freedom. Specifically, the role is divided into 50% product engineering and 50% product development. Product engineering (50%) Central technical contact person for design, industrialization, production, purchasing, testing field, etc. Innovative solution finding for customer-specific requirements Support of sales through technical consulting and presentations to international customers Technical error analyses including report preparation. Optimization of manufacturing processes Construction and further development of own calculation programs (together with internal software development) Product development (50%) Management of development projects, from the idea to the finished product.
