Scope of work 80 \- 100% Contract open\-ended 80\-100 Entry date immediately or by agreement Tasks You operationally manage the department according to business management principles and implement the defined company and market performance processes You promote and develop employees, including the implementation of employee and holiday planning as well as horizontal promotion (TOJ) You ensure compliance with internal and legal QS\- and ASIB\-guidelines as well as the implementation of internal regulations and instructions You maintain the flow of information and communication within the department, the market and to MCM You build a network of relationships with our customers You are responsible for daily sales readiness and merchandise presentation, the implementation of sales activities according to the annual sales plan and ensuring the availability of goods Requirements You have already gained leadership experience and bring several years of experience in a comparable function You have a pleasure in active customer contact You are proficient in the MS Office palette You are excited about new challenges You speak flawless German It is an advantage if you have already completed the forklift and/or pallet truck training (SUVA standard) What we offer We offer you a modern, dynamic work environment where you can contribute your skills and personality on a daily basis and make a difference.
