Team Leader Turning Department (all)

For a growing, successful industrial company in the Biel area with a focus on electronic components, you will take on a key role with real creative freedom.

Your tasks:

• Technical and personnel leadership of the CNC turning department
• Development, coaching and promotion of your employees
• Planning, prioritization and ensuring timely orders
• Ensuring quality, stable processes and high machine availability
• Contact person for technical questions and troubleshooting
• Optimization of OEE, setup times and 5S
• Analysis of errors and sustainable improvement measures
• Close cooperation with AVOR, Engineering, Quality and Logistics
• Responsibility for tools, costs and investments

Your profile:

• Leadership experience in CNC manufacturing (turning)
• Clear, assertive personality with high social competence
• Enjoyment of employee development and teambuilding
• Technical understanding and experience in process optimization
• Structured, solution-oriented way of working
• Confident in dealing with interfaces and production processes
