Service Manager Facility Management (m/w/d)

YOUR FUTURE TASK • You lead and develop a small team of technical coordinators and ensure motivating, performance-oriented, and appreciative cooperation. • You are responsible for managing our external service provider for technical building operations and ensure the agreed services regarding quality, costs, and deadlines. • You consistently implement the existing service contract, monitor compliance with agreed service levels, and continuously develop the cooperation with the service provider. • You analyze malfunctions, weaknesses, and potential for improvement in technical building operations and derive appropriate measures from them. • You ensure high plant availability as well as compliance with safety, quality, and compliance requirements. • You are responsible for the planning, management, and control of the budget in your area of responsibility and ensure economical use of resources. • You identify optimization potential in processes, organization, and operation and actively drive their implementation. • You support the digitalization of technical building management and use modern systems, data, and digital tools in a targeted manner to improve transparency and efficiency. YOU AS A PERSON AND WHAT YOU BRING • Technical basic training with further advanced training in the field of Facility Management, building technology, business administration, maintenance, or a comparable specialization (HF/FH or equivalent). • Several years of experience in technical building operations, Facility Management, or in an industrial environment. • Initial leadership experience as well as enjoyment in developing employees and teams. • Strong interest in digitalization, data management, and the continuous optimization of processes. • High IT affinity and confident handling of modern work and management systems. • Entrepreneurial thinking as well as a good understanding of costs, budgets, and economic contexts. • Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented way of working. • Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a confident appearance towards customers, partners, and service providers. • Very good German skills as well as good English skills.
