• 07 July 2026 • 80 - 100% • Indefinite duration • Grolley Grolley | 80-100% (jobsharing possible) What you can contribute • Advise the center manager and the management on all aspects of availability as well as in the event of mobilization (member of the executive committee) • Develop principles for basic and operational availability, as well as lead the corresponding controlling • Continuously develop concepts, implement them, evaluate the state of preparedness, availability, and crisis management • Design, coordinate, implement, and evaluate training in the fields of availability and mobilization at the Grolley Army Logistics Center • Ensure the overall image in ordinary and extraordinary situations of the Grolley Army Logistics Center, in collaboration with the regions and logistics operations. • Elaborate, develop, and steer Business Continuity Management What makes you unique • University degree (master/bachelor) and management training with several years of professional experience related to the function; in-depth knowledge in the field of logistics, as well as in the fields of availability and mobilization • Officer training / officer at the corps/large unit level; very good knowledge of the military environment and mastery of command processes • Ability to synthesize and strategic and economic analysis combined with a capacity for action, persuasion, stress resistance, a marked aptitude for negotiation and organization, as well as high social and leadership skills • Skills in the digital 4.0 working world and an open mind toward change; marked awareness of security and in-depth knowledge in the field of data security • Proven skills in training and project management • Very good knowledge of a second official language (B2), very good knowledge of English (B2) and passive knowledge in a third official language (B1) In a few words We are looking for an availability manager for the Grolley Army Logistics Center.
