Work location: Tübach Workload: 60-100% Tasks: Assembly, installation and configuration of office PCs, gaming PCs, workstations and special systems Assembly, testing and commissioning of customer-specific computer systems Carrying out repairs, error analyses and hardware tests BIOS, driver and system configurations Quality control and final inspection before delivery Technical support for our customers via telephone, remote access and on-site Advising customers in the shop on technical questions and product selection Support with goods receipt, warehouse, preparation and shipping Collaboration in the optimization of internal workflows and technical processes What you should bring: Experience in the assembly and configuration of PCs Good knowledge in the area of hardware, Windows, drivers, BIOS and error diagnosis Ideally professional experience as a system integrator, PC technician, IT supporter or in a comparable function Independent, clean and reliable way of working Technical understanding and enjoyment of high-quality hardware. Confident and professional appearance towards customers. Good German skills in spoken and written language. Experience in remote support, customer service or in the repair of IT systems is advantageous
