Our team of over 150 employees and 14 apprentices bakes, decorates, and sells our high-quality products daily with dedication at 10 locations in the Churer and St. Galler Rheintal. YOUR MAIN TASKS You work in our night bakery on the Churer Rossboden (working hours 22.45 to approx. 07.45). You produce our high-quality bread and bakery products with manual skill and great care. You undertake classic production tasks such as dough processing, baking, and refining our products. Together with your team, you contribute ideas to optimize processes and continuously develop our production. You support the team management in the planning and organization of daily production processes. YOUR PROFILE Ideally, you have professional experience in a bakery or in food production. You enjoy working at night and appreciate the special atmosphere of night production. You are a reliable, independent, and quality-conscious personality. You enjoy teamwork and contribute to an open and respectful cooperation. You have good German language skills. Even if you do not meet all the points: we look forward to your application anyway.
