You will take on responsibilities, participate actively, bring your own ideas, and contribute significantly to the constant improvement of the customer experience and its elevation to a higher level. You will work in a varied environment including cinema, VR, bar, sports bar as well as various event formats - from private occasions to large B2B events. During the week as well as on weekends and public holidays, you and your team will ensure the smooth running of operations and unforgettable experiences. We rely on flexible team members who love working in a 7-day-a-week operation. ### Your area of responsibility • Support to the operations management for assignment planning and site development, as well as guaranteeing the economic use of resources (personnel, goods, time) • Central contact person for film program planning and technical event planning, coordination with internal and external stakeholders, as well as guaranteeing feasibility, quality, and compliance with event and brand standards • Professional leadership and support of projection employees • Integration of new employees in accordance with directives, technical specifications, and compliance with safety and quality standards • Assurance of expertise within the team • Coaching and development of the team with a focus on service quality and individual responsibility • Active participation in daily operations and team management in daily operations • Close collaboration with our maintenance technician • Management of cinema and building technology (air conditioning, heating, ventilation) in the absence of the maintenance technician • Responsibility for projection, image quality, sound, and light in operational exploitation • Responsibility for the economic performance of programming and the efficient use of human resources through targeted analysis and optimization of workload and pace Your profile • Completed training or experience in the field of cinema and event technology (e.g., projection, audio/video technology, heating, ventilation, air conditioning) • Experience in a comparable environment (cinema, entertainment, events, or leisure) • Experience in personnel management as well as the ability to supervise, develop, and motivate employees • Affinity with the world of entertainment (cinema, games, VR, etc.) is an asset • Confident communication (oral and written), very good knowledge of German; other languages are an asset • High personal initiative as well as the ability to motivate and train teams • Positive attitude, good manners, and high social competence • Authentic personality with a role model function • Autonomous, customer-oriented, and quality-conscious work • Experience in the planning and implementation of technical processes in the event field is an asset • Practical mentality and willingness to participate actively in operations • Joy in assuming responsibilities and participating actively in changes • Stress resistance and calmness in demanding situations as well as confidence in case of technical failures • You enjoy working in a team and sharing your knowledge to actively develop the technical expertise of the team Your next step We look forward to receiving your complete and convincing application.
