Job Description ##

• Technical and disciplinary leadership of the team (2 employees)
• Responsibility for the continuous optimization of buildings and infrastructure
• Planning, steering, and monitoring of modernization measures
• Leading specific projects in the area of Facility Management
• Development and implementation of energy efficiency and sustainability measures
• Ensuring compliance with legal regulations as well as relevant standards in the area of fire protection
• Steering and coordination of external service providers and contracting companies
• Budget planning and cost control as well as continuous optimization of costs in the area of Facility
• Implementation of investment and new construction projects as well as technical conversions
• Introduction of standards, processes, and digital solutions in Facility Management
• Close cooperation with production, maintenance, and occupational safety
• Preparation of investment requests (CER with cost calculations and economic efficiency calculations)
• Creation of requirement specifications (project basis)

Profile ##

• Several years of professional experience in technical Facility Management, ideally in a production facility
• Leadership experience as well as strong communication and organizational skills
• Sound knowledge of the relevant legal regulations
• Experience in project management as well as in the steering of external service providers
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as strong solution orientation
• Very good knowledge of MS Office as well as ERP systems (SAP)
• German in speaking and writing, very good English skills, as well as ideally French

Professional Requirements ##

• Completed technical basic training with corresponding higher education in the field of Facility Management, building technology, industrial engineering, or comparable qualification
