The Stiftung YOU COUNT accompanies and supports children and adolescents with special educational needs between 4 and 16 years old. At our 10 locations in the Canton of Bern, we offer various services for individual support, which are based on systemic social pedagogy as well as individual school lessons according to a holistic and interdisciplinary approach. In the Spiez metropolitan area, the foundation maintains further residential offerings for adolescents in the training phase. The Stiftung YOU COUNT operates a network of 7 schools and boarding schools in the Canton of Bern. For our school with day structure in Bühl b. Tasks ###

• Teaching and coaching in a class of 6-8 students between the ages of 10 and 16 - creation of a conducive and attentive learning climate involving social educators - key person work in tandem with a social educator - participation in class and school development - organization or participation in project and camp weeks and experiential education activities

Requirements ###

• you have a teaching diploma for primary or secondary level - you enjoy teaching individualized in small classes - you like working in team teaching and interdisciplinary - you remain calm, clear, and attentive in demanding situations - you are open to experience-oriented pedagogy
