Zollikofen, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100% What you can contribute • Lead and develop the work organization at OFIT, and ensure the strategic, tactical, and operational management of OFIT projects conducted in the fiscal field at the department level • Assume responsibility for the proper functioning and development of existing systems, as well as the continuous development of new applications and digitization projects, in collaboration with the work organization • Define and manage business values and ensure stakeholder management • Coordinate general collaboration in the agile release train (ART) • Ensure compliance with directives by the ART (compliance, strategy, architecture) and ensure performance evaluation and reporting of the unit • Participate in leading the Business Solutions (BS) main division and the work organization, and represent BS at the decision-making level with clients and other bodies • Act as an internal representative of the work organization during general planning, take into account and implement strategic requirements, and adapt plans accordingly • Assume financial and technical responsibilities (approx. 67 million francs, more than 35 fiscal applications), manage backlog and portfolio leadership roles, participate in the development of agreement content (service agreements, project agreements, service level agreements, etc.) and plan resources (more than 120 employees) in agreement with the BO chapters and heads of chapter <br /> What makes you unique • UAS-level degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field as well as several years of experience in product, project, or portfolio management • Professional experience in the public sector (ideally in the federal administration) and, ideally, good knowledge of the regulatory requirements of the federal administration • Excellent knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and HERMES • Practical experience with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and the ability to translate operational requirements into epics and features • Understanding of Lean Portfolio Management and experience in prioritizing initiatives based on business value • Proficiency in conducting negotiations and ability to make decisions, good understanding of data protection and security issues as well as public procurement procedures • Initiative and ability to work effectively, professional experience in an equivalent role • Good network and ability to act influentially at a high management level • Leadership in service of others, entrepreneurial spirit and sense of responsibility, as well as talent for simultaneously managing multiple requirements and meeting the needs of different stakeholders • Proficiency in writing and speaking in two official languages and, ideally, good knowledge of English <br /> In a few words To complete the management of the Business Solution (BS) main division, we are looking for a business owner to sustainably assume responsibility for all services provided by OFIT to the Federal Tax Administration.
