To hold this position, we are primarily looking for a person passionate about pastry and possessing solid experience. You hold a diploma in pastry and you master basic culinary techniques. You have a good knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards.
Equipped with a strong team spirit, you know how to work under urgency while maintaining constant quality. You are creative, curious and you have a sense of detail. You have good resistance to stress and know how to manage peaks of activity.
