One of our clients, active in the watchmaking field, is looking to reinforce its teams with a:

Versatile Finishing Operator M/F

>>> Your missions :

• Perform finishing operations on high-precision components, notably polishing and brightening
• Guarantee the aesthetic and dimensional quality of the parts while respecting production requirements
• Perform visual and dimensional controls throughout the manufacturing process
• Respect quality standards, manufacturing procedures as well as production rates
• Participate in continuous improvement processes aimed at optimizing workshop methods and performance
• Ensure the traceability of operations performed using computerized production tools

>>> Profile sought :

Having benefited from a first experience in finishing, polishing, or brightening of precision components, you are recognized for your meticulousness and your sense of quality. Experience in the watchmaking field constitutes a real asset.

An AFP or a CFC in Polishing represents an advantage, as do knowledge in automatic or semi-automatic finishing.

You demonstrate excellent dexterity, very good visual acuity and appreciate work requiring precision and concentration.

You are willing to work in shift patterns (2x8).
