Your tasks and perspectives:

• Host/hostess for our supplementary insured patients
• Professional ordering and serving of meals and drinks while considering medical requirements
• Reception, advice, support and farewell of the supplementary insured patients as well as various errand runs
• Presentation of the room infrastructure and small cleaning tasks
• Interesting and responsible task in close cooperation with the interface areas, especially the kitchen and nursing

What you bring for this position:

• Completed vocational training as Restaurant Specialist, Hotel Specialist EFZ or equivalent training
• Experience in hospital operations is an advantage
• Very good oral and written German skills as well as good IT skills
• Readiness for shifts during the following working hours: Monday to Sunday between 06:20 Uhr - 19:30 Uhr, in various shifts (early shift, late shift and split shift with 3 hours break)
