Hotel Receptionist

The employer is looking for a: Night Auditor (reported profession) Tasks: • welcome and assist guests during the night shift • manage check-in and check-out procedures. • perform daily closing operations and accounting verification of departments. • check and reconcile receipts, charges, and transactions. • prepare administrative and statistical reports for Management. • manage reservations, special requests, and guest issues. • monitor the security of the facility during the night shift, collaborating with the departments involved. • ensure an effective handover to the morning team. Requirements: • previous experience in the role • excellent knowledge of the Italian and English languages; knowledge of German is a preferential qualification. • familiarity with the main hotel PMS • availability for night work, including weekends and public holidays • ability to work in a team • good knowledge of Italian • category B driving license • having your own car Employment details: • workplace Lugano • 100% employment • employment immediately, fixed-term until 16.08.2026 • shift work, night work, Sunday work, and holiday work • salary remuneration based on the CCNL of the hotel and catering sector
