To expand our team, we are looking for a communicative and committed personality who enjoys visiting customers, maintaining relationships and finding suitable solutions for companies and specialists.

Your tasks:

• You visit construction companies, maintain existing customer relationships and win new customers
• You are regularly on the road in field service and know the needs of our customers on site
• You advise companies on personnel issues and support them in filling open positions
• You conduct interviews with candidates, recognize their strengths and find suitable deployment possibilities
• You accompany the entire placement process from the first contact to the successful placement
