YOUR TASKS

• Central contact point for inquiries regarding partner physician fees as well as clarification of open or fees to be checked
• Review of submitted documents and ensuring uniform and complete processing of partner physician inquiries
• Controlling and monitoring of relevant processes and cases in DPS and SAP
• Recognition of process deviations as well as preparation of evaluations and decision-making bases for process optimization
• Close cooperation with clinics, partner physicians, as well as the internal specialist departments of the Shared Service Center

YOUR PROFILE

• Commercial training, ideally supplemented by further training in health or tariff systems
• Several years of professional experience in tariff systems as well as in fee auditing and invoicing of outpatient and inpatient services
• Sound knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system and experience in complex hospital or clinic structures
• Confident use of Microsoft Office and SAP, knowledge of M-KIS is an advantage
• Analytical and networked way of thinking, high communication and cooperation skills as well as a precise and responsible way of working
