Head of Electrical Grid Infrastructure Take the reins of a competent team and a robust electrical grid, within a Lake Geneva region DNO Our client is a distribution system operator (DSO) active for 125 years across several municipalities of the Côte vaudoise. It distributes more than 180 GWh of electricity, of which 60% is from renewable sources, and develops energy efficiency, electrical installations, and multimedia solutions. To strengthen its team, our client is looking for a Head of Electrical Grid Infrastructure Reporting to the Head of the Networks Department, you will autonomously manage the operation and sustainability of a robust HV/MV/LV electrical grid and lead a team of four experienced employees (geomatics experts and project managers) to whom you provide structure, monitoring, and support. You will participate in defining the network evolution strategy and in preparing infrastructure for the challenges of the energy transition. Main tasks: Supervise, support and develop a small experienced team; Define HV, MV, LV operating concepts and ensure their implementation; Lead network projects and establish ESTI files, from planning to closure; Implement an asset master plan and develop GIS needs; Supervise connections: opening of files, planning and monitoring of construction sites; Manage purchases, material stock and occupational safety Your profile: Network electrician training with federal diploma; federal mastery a plus; Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical network project management; managerial experience, a big plus; Mastery of specialized software and planning tools; Assertive leadership, team spirit, benevolence, excellent listening and communication; Organized, methodical, proactive and solution-oriented; Excellent knowledge of French, oral and written; Valid driver's license Your advantages A key managerial role at the head of an experienced and autonomous team; Full management of your projects, from planning to closure; A robust and century-old electrical grid, to bring to life on a daily basis; A human-sized company, close to its teams and its region; Ready to support and grow a demanding and committed network team?
