Your main tasks: • Goods receipt & goods issue: Professional receiving, checking, and booking of goods in the ERP system. • Warehouse organization: Inward, internal, and outward movement of goods using modern industrial trucks (forklifts). • Order picking: Exact preparation and packaging of sensitive goods for production and shipping. • Quality control: Strict compliance with GMP guidelines as well as internal safety and hygiene regulations. • Inventory: Assistance with regular stocktaking. Qualifications What you bring with you: • Education: Successfully completed vocational training as Logistiker EFZ. • Experience: Sound professional experience in pharmaceutical logistics or in a highly regulated environment (e.g., chemistry / food) as well as familiarity with GMP standards. • Driving practice: Valid SUVA forklift license (pedestrian, counterbalance, and ideally reach truck) as well as safe driving practice. • IT skills: Sound experience in handling warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Navision or similar) and MS-Office. • Personality: You are physically fit, resilient, work exactly, and maintain an overview even in hectic times. • Languages: Very good German skills in spoken and written form (for system operation and documentation).
