Your tasks

• Active participation in the assembly of high-quality and exclusive joinery work at home and abroad
• Technical leadership and coordination of the assembly team
• Organization and supervision of assembly work on demanding construction sites
• Ensuring timely and qualitatively flawless execution
• Contact person for construction management, customers, and assembly teams regarding technical questions and uncertainties
• Coordination of daily processes on the construction site
• Responsibility for the assembly area, the assembly vehicle, and the required work equipment
• Support of the team during technical challenges and in finding solutions

Your profile

• Completed training as Schreiner EFZ
• Several years of professional experience in assembly
• Experience in the leadership or coordination of employees
• High quality awareness and strong sense of responsibility
• Customer-oriented and professional way of working
• Independent, structured, and goal-oriented personality
• Ability to work in a team and enjoyment of collaboration
• Willingness for assignments at home and abroad
• Driving license category B
